Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment of assembly line runs normally and enhance productivity.
• Handle malfunctions of fixtures and equipment in assembly lines.
• Take part in equipment debugging and acceptance inspection.
• Participate in the review and summarization of equipment problems.
• Train and write guidance about the assembly equipment and fixtures.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
• Continuously improve equipment management systems.

Job Descriptions

• Ensure equipment of assembly line runs normally, and enhance productivity and conformity rate of equipment.
• Make an assessment about equipment failures and take in charge of handling malfunctions of fixtures and equipment in assembly lines.
• Take part in the newly introduced equipment debugging and acceptance inspection.
• Participate in the review and summarization of the equipment problem from trial to mass production.
• Take in charge of training and guidance writing about the assembly equipment and fixtures.
• Take in charge of equipment reparations and maintenance in cooperation with production department. Make the plan about monthly, quarterly, annual preventiv maintenance plan.
• Continuously improve equipment management system and maintenance rules and regulations. Push the equipment improvement system to be built, and establish the module about malfunctions analysis, statistics, maintenance.
