As a Strategy & Innovation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of solving real-world business challenges. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and business leaders to identify opportunities, test ideas quickly, and help bring digital or AI-enabled solutions to life. This role is dynamic and requires flexibility to handle evolving scopes, as well as a passion for continuous learning particularly in technology, product thinking, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your own workstreams from problem diagnosis to recommendation and implementation
  • Conduct on-the-ground research, stakeholder interviews, and data-driven analysis
  • Develop business cases and clear, actionable recommendations
  • Design simple, modular solutions not just decks that link insight to execution
  • Facilitate client workshops and co-creation sessions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, product, ops) to prototype and scale solutions
  • Contribute to the companys growth and internal development
