Job summary
A leading fashion retail company in Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Manager to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. You will oversee job postings, participate in interviews, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields, along with 3–5 years of recruitment experience, including supervisory roles. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential in this position.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Oversee job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
- Participate in interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and improve processes.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies.
