Job Description
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for the Indonesian and global markets across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage social media accounts, online content, and promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Organize and participate in events, exhibitions, and product launches.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, media, and partners to support campaigns.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to expand into new markets and grow the client base.
  • Identify and segment target markets to tailor marketing and sales strategies for maximizing business profits.
  • Handle sales inquiries, negotiate, and close sales deals to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long‑term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor marketing and sales performance, prepare reports, forecasts, and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with sales objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with local and overseas advertising, sales, and marketing regulations.
  • Handle ad‑hoc projects as the need arises.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree and above in chemical engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
  • Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Mandarin language is an advantage.
  • Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
  • Good organizational, and time and tasks management skills.
  • Possess valid driving license and own transport.
  • Willing to travel overseas and within domestic.
  • Willing to attend trainings in overseas.
