Asia Pro Traders is the parent brand of Hongkong Pro Clean and Bali Pro Services. Both brands focus on maintenance and cleaning services for residential and commercial properties.

Our goal is to build strong brands, attract quality leads, and grow our customer base through smart and effective digital marketing.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to handle marketing activities for two brands under Asia Pro Traders: Hongkong Pro Clean and Bali Pro Services.

This role focuses on digital advertising, lead generation, and customer follow-up systems. You should be confident running ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn, and comfortable using CRM systems to manage leads and customers.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns for both brands
  • Create, run, and improve ads on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor results and adjust campaigns to get better leads and performance
  • Work with internal teams to create clear and engaging content
  • Manage CRM systems to track leads and customer follow-ups
  • Research market trends and competitors
  • Manage the marketing budget wisely
  • Support and guide the marketing team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years experience in digital marketing
  • A good understanding of Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram), including campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
  • Experience with TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn advertising
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with SEO and SEM
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe) are a plus
