- Mall assets optimisation.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Loyalty Programs: Design and implement customer loyalty and retention programs.
- Feedback Management: Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve services and products.
- Website Management: Optimize the company website for user experience and conversions.
- Social Media Strategy: Engage with customers on social media platforms and manage online presence.
- Product Management
- Product Launches: Coordinate marketing efforts for new product launches.

Requirements
