Helm Care is a rapidly growing network of automated helmet-washing stations placed in strategically selected high-traffic locations across Indonesia.
Our machines are equipped with digital video billboards, providing brands with premium, high-visibility advertising space directly at points of massive daily traffic.

We collaborate with both local and global brands across FMCG, real estate, tourism, e-commerce, and F&B—offering effective and measurable advertising opportunities on our nationwide network.

We are expanding our advertising platform and seeking a Sales Manager to drive partnerships and accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively search for and acquire new advertising clients (local & international).
  • Sell advertising placements on Helm Care’s digital video billboards installed on our machines.
  • Develop tailored advertising solutions for brands across multiple industries.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, negotiations, and proposal pitches.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, media plans, and pricing packages.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to contract signing and campaign launch.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in media, digital advertising, OOH/DOOH, or sales — mandatory.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of Indonesia’s brand and advertising landscape.
  • English proficiency (intermediate or above).
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Existing network among agencies and brand decision-makers — strong advantage.
