Job Title: Sales Executive - Volkswagen Aylesbury

Location: Volkswagen Aylesbury

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday with Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis

Salary: £20,000 basic plus uncapped OTE and company car

The Role: We are seeking an experienced salesperson to join our franchise, providing high-quality service and representing Marshall Motor Group and our leading brand. You will manage the end-to-end customer experience, converting interactions into vehicle, finance, and insurance sales. Training will be provided to keep your knowledge up-to-date.

What You’ll Do:

1. Ensure excellent customer outcomes in every interaction.
2. Respond to queries related to vehicle sales from new and existing customers.
3. Guide customers through their purchase, delivering outstanding service as the face of Marshall and the vehicle brand.
4. Achieve sales targets by exploring customer needs for finance, insurance, and extras.
5. Generate enquiries through prospecting and marketing.
6. Maintain knowledge of manufacturer vehicles and options, participating in regular updates.
7. Manage vehicle handovers ensuring compliance.
8. Follow industry and Marshall regulations related to vehicle, finance, and insurance sales.
