About You

A New Car Sales Executive who has an enthusiastic personality and is self‑motivated. Can evidence your performance in the vehicle sales field and has experience selling Electric vehicles. Has a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team. The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances.

Requirements

To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.

Application Process

For your first 5 days in the business, you'll be attending our fantastic residential induction academy in a lovely hotel in the heart of the Northampton countryside, where you'll learn all about our business before you start your new role. You will then return to the induction academy during your first month for a further 3 days to complete your training.
