Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Executive to join a well-established dealership representing a leading automotive brand. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure every client has a positive buying experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets for new and used vehicles, finance, and additional products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat and referral business.
- Assist and mentor junior members of the sales team where required.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company standards and FCA regulations.
- Accurately complete all relevant documentation and maintain up-to-date records.
- Maintain an excellent understanding of the product range, pricing, and current promotions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in vehicle sales within a franchised or independent dealership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong customer service ethos and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and self-motivated approach.
- Full UK driving licence essential.

- Competitive basic salary 28,000 - 35,000
- Uncapped OTE 50,000 - 70,000+
