A leading property consultancy is seeking a talented newly Chartered Town Planner to join their team in London. In this role, you will assist clients with their planning applications, conduct site assessments, and collaborate with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate is newly qualified (MRPTI) with a strong understanding of the English planning system and excellent communication skills. We’re looking for a talented and motivated newly Chartered Town Planner to join our planning team and develop their career with us. In this role, you will work on a wide variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, supporting planning applications, appeals, policy reviews, and site appraisals — mostly for private sector clients.
