• Action repair and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Keep customers updated on job progress.
• Deal with internal and external customer queries.
• Ensure all jobs are entered into the computer system.
• Reschedule jobs and resources according to needs.
• Record field service vehicle parts sales accurately.
