Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role combines hands‑on recruitment with team leadership. You’ll manage and mentor a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, support in driving innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding of new hires. This is a varied, fast‑paced role with a strong strategic focus and the chance to shape our employer brand across the sector.

• Lead and support a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Develop and implement innovative talent strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding
• Drive continuous improvement across talent processes and candidate experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers across the organisation
• Champion employer branding and represent our values externally
• Ensure compliance with employment law and safer recruitment practices
• Analyse talent data to inform strategy and decision‑making

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (team leadership essential)
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Organised, adaptable, and data‑driven
• Passionate about ethical hiring, sustainability, and diversity
• Comfortable with managing teams that work remotely
• Able to travel occasionally for team meetings in the office
