Talent Acquisition Manager – Fixed Term (Maternity Cover, up to 12 months)

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to our Head Office in Bournemouth)

Contract: Fixed Term, Full-Time (Maternity Cover – up to 12 months)

Salary: £37454.56 per year

Hours: 40h per week Start Date: beginning of August 2025

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), this role combines hands‑on recruitment with team leadership. You’ll manage and mentor a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, support in driving innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding of new hires. This is a varied, fast‑paced role with a strong strategic focus and the chance to shape our employer brand across the sector.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and support a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
  • Develop and implement innovative talent strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to onboarding
  • Drive continuous improvement across talent processes and candidate experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers across the organisation
  • Champion employer branding and represent our values externally
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and safer recruitment practices
  • Analyse talent data to inform strategy and decision‑making
