Responsibilities

• Support experienced recruiters in finding talent.
• Hunt opportunities for clients and business leads.
• Source candidates from various platforms.
• Review CVs and shortlist candidates.
• Conduct pre-screening calls.
• Maintain CRM system and job adverts.
• Assist recruitment and marketing teams with tasks.
• Gather market insights to grow the client base.

About the role

• Supporting our team of experienced recruiters, you'll be focussed on finding the best possible talent around on behalf of our clients
• You'll hunt the best opportunities, whether that be candidates for clients or new business leads across textiles and engineering
• Sourcing candidates from our database, networks and job boards to uncover the best talent
• Reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
• Pre-screening calls to ascertain candidate suitability for job roles
• Keeping our CRM system and job adverts up to date
• Supporting both the recruitment and marketing teams with admin and project work
• Gathering market insights and helping us grow our client base
