Due to a promotion within the team, we’re now looking for two new team members to join our enthusiastic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will help us attract, engage, and hire the brightest minds for Kramp (in the Netherlands).
We have one open vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to focus on tech roles in our Utrecht office, while another specialist will continue to manage various roles across our HQ in Varsseveld. In total we are a team of 5.
In this position, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our workforce by identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience.

Our team consists of 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists and 1 Talent Acquisition Lead - based in the Netherlands. You will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development.
