As the kitchen porter, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen. From ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained to assisting with food preparation and dishwashing, you'll contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

• Supporting chefs and the head chef in always keeping the kitchen clean and safe
• Jumping between food prep and dishwashing duties during shifts as needed
• Keeping food specifications in mind
• Communicating any food issues to the Chef on duty
• Wearing the correct uniform and ensuring that company hygiene, health & safety standards and licensing requirements are adhered to at all times
• Attending food safety training, product knowledge and customer service skills courses
• Reinforcing 'The Real Greeks' health and food safety procedures in the restaurant

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment
• Flexible with tasks and working hours
• Team player
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
