A property development company in London is seeking an ambitious sales professional to support the sales function. Responsibilities include negotiating sales on new builds, managing buyer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience and strong negotiation skills. This role offers a competitive salary with a total OTE of £71,750 and a balanced weekend schedule.
You'll be supporting the sales function on site, working closely with the Development Sales Lead to convert enquiries, negotiate sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands‑on sales role where you'll be actively engaging with buyers, progressing reservations, and contributing to the overall success of the development.
This role is perfect for an ambitious sales professional who wants to build their career in property development sales. You'll thrive in a customer‑facing role, enjoy the challenge of negotiation, and be motivated by excellent earning potential.
5 days per week. Every other weekend: 2 weekends on, 2 weekends off. Hours: Monday to Saturday 10am‑6pm, Sunday 11am‑4pm.
