A leading hospitality business in the UK is seeking a Meetings, Events & Group Sales Executive to enhance their client engagement and drive business growth. The successful candidate will manage bookings from start to finish, maintain detailed documentation, and work closely with the Sales Manager to achieve targets. Passion for hospitality and sales experience are essential. The role requires knowledge of the Cardiff & South Wales area and includes occasional Saturday work. A competitive salary of £26-28k and benefits are offered.
Our Hotel client in the heart of Cardiff, a well established and growing business, is looking for a Meetings, Events & Group Sales Executive to join them on a permanent basis.
Our client is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and delivering high-quality hospitality in every interaction, and in this key role you will drive business growth across their meetings, events, and group bookings.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will handle a wide range of client enquiries; managing each stage from initial contact and event planning through to conversion, contracting, billing, and accurate record-keeping.
This role includes Saturday working on a rota basis.
Candidates will need to be able to drive for this role, and will have use of the company pool car to attend events.
Car driver Salary will be 26-28k depending on experience, plus 28 days holiday and company pension.
