A leading merchandise company in Banbury is seeking a Sales Account Executive to support client partners in improving product sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and data management skills. Responsibilities include maintaining high customer service standards, managing ERP systems, and preparing sales insights. Our Brand& business has 25 years' experience in creating merchandise collections for clients across a range of sporting sectors. We offer an end-to-end service from design, production and quality control, through to supporting sales and marketing activity and distributing collections worldwide.
Expansion into new markets has a resulted in an opportunity for an additional Sales Account Executive to join the team to support our client partners increase their product sales and improve our customer service targets.
Key Responsibilities
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will be process-led and highly organised, with a strong attention to detail and experience working with data. Customer focused, you will have strong communication skills and time management skills with the ability to deal with changing priorities and be computer literate. Proficiency in Microsoft office and Excel is essential.
Prior experience within a merchandising environment would be advantageous as would French, Italian or German language skills.

You may at any time request the right to be forgotten. Please contact us if you would like your details and associated records removed from our systems, and we will notify you once this has happened.
Similarly, if you wish to make any changes to the data we hold about you then get in touch and we will make the relevant changes for you.
Changes made to data, or the removal of data will be logged by our system for audit purposes.
How can I see what information you have about me?
You have the right to access any data that we hold about you. You may submit a request to access this data verbally, electronically or in hardcopy. All data that you have supplied, such as your CV, application forms, and any recruiter notes and comments will be made available to you free of charge. The system will log the event for audit purposes.
When submitting your personal information, you agree to Prodrive’s privacy policy which you can view here and agree that we may share your information for legitimate interests with our internal recruitment team and managers to ensure Prodrive can fairly assess your suitability for the vacancy you are applying for or other roles that you may be interested in. Your personal information that you provide will be stored on recruitment software used by Prodrive.
Prodrive will use your personal information you have provided to contact you throughout the recruitment process, give you an update on your application and consider you for alternative roles that may be suitable.
