Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing store team
  • Drive sales and profitability through strong commercial leadership
  • Deliver an exceptional, service-led customer experience
  • Coach and performance-manage team members to achieve KPIs
  • Analyse sales reports and store data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Communicate store performance and business updates clearly to the team
  • Proactively gather customer feedback and implement service improvements
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Manage controllable costs and protect store profitability

About You
