  • Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding key KPIs and boosting sales.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team on a daily basis.
  • Oversee and control store costs and expenditure.
  • Maintain excellent store standards and ensure policies are upheld.
  • Manage all back-office processes in line with Retail Operations Manual.
  • Implement promotional activity in line with directives and adjust stock levels accordingly.
  • Manage staffing functions, including rota planning and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and company procedures.
  • Carry out required checks and training for team members.
  • Oversee store maintenance needs and ensure repairs are completed.

Store Manager - Pop-Up Shop (Bridgend)

Location: Bridgend

Hours: 37.5 per week

Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends

Pay: £14.36 per hour

Contract: Temporary - 4‑week placement

Blue Arrow Swansea is excited to be recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to lead an exciting new pop-up retail store in Bridgend. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys a fast‑paced retail environment and can hit the ground running.

Responsibilities
  • Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding key KPIs and boosting sales.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team on a daily basis.
  • Oversee and control store costs and expenditure.
  • Maintain excellent store standards and ensure policies are upheld at all times.
  • Manage all back-office processes in line with Retail Operations Manual and Area Manager guidance, ensuring relevant team members are trained.
  • Implement promotional activity in line with head office directives and adjust stock levels accordingly.
  • Manage all staffing functions, including rota planning, daily supervision, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure full compliance with legislation, Health & Safety policies, and company procedures.
  • Carry out required checks and training to ensure all team members work safely and legally.
  • Oversee store maintenance needs and ensure repairs are completed promptly.
