  • We've positively changed the lives of over 250,000 people
  • We're rated 'Excellent' by over 7k of our members on Trustpilot
  • We're growing extremely quickly & are now a profitable business
  • We're one of the few consumer health brands that are commissioned by the NHS and leading health insurer, Vitality Health
  • We're a leading B2C provider of GLP-1 medication-assisted weight loss programmes, and 1 of 5 NICE-approved providers to deliver these services within the NHS in the future
  • Our team members stay with us for an average of 4.3 years
The Role: Senior Resourcing and Continuous Improvement Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Resourcing and Continuous Improvement Specialist to design the infrastructure, processes, and insights that will help Second Nature scale sustainably.

Sitting at the intersection of data, people, and service delivery, this role goes beyond analysis, you’ll systemise operations, build scalable infrastructure, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

You’ll partner closely with Health Coaching, Customer Support, and Call teams, as well as People, Finance, and Product, ensuring we make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

️ What You'll Be Doing
Capacity Planning & Forecasting
  • Model and forecast staffing needs across Health Coaching, CS Core, and Calls.
  • Partner with People and Finance to support hiring and staffing decisions, including FTC/FTE planning, onboarding ramps, and rota optimisation.
  • Help each team strike the right balance between member engagement goals, operational efficiency, and people wellbeing.

Systems & Infrastructure Development

  • Design and implement scalable operational systems, reducing reliance on manual processes.
  • Build centralised frameworks for shift planning, resourcing, and workload distribution.
  • Identify automation opportunities and lead system integrations to increase efficiency.

Operational Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain dashboards and SQL queries to track service delivery and resource usage.
  • Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and cost-to-serve analysis.

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead initiatives to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks across operations.
  • Implement structured methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to drive sustainable improvements.
  • Establish feedback loops to ensure ongoing optimisation of processes and tools.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Champion adoption of new tools and processes across all teams.
  • Deliver training and support materials to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Act as a bridge between Ops, People, Finance, and Product to ensure systems meet business needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong track record in systemising operations and building scalable processes.
  • Experience with workforce planning, capacity modelling, and operational analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Google Sheets/Excel; BI tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Tableau) a plus.
  • Background in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in implementing new systems, automation tools, or integrations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Curious, collaborative, and happy working across teams with varied goals
What We Offer
  • An exciting job at a health-tech startup. You’ll be able to see first-hand the impact that we have on improving thousands of people’s lives and tackling the type 2 diabetes and obesity epidemic on a daily basis
  • A competitive salary, alongside share options in a growing and profitable health-tech company
  • 25 days holiday plus national holidays
  • 2 days/week in our London office (for most core roles)
  • Remote flexibility: work from abroad up to 4 weeks at a time (within 2-hour UK time zone)
  • £200/year professional development budget, plus extra for role-specific training
