Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a strong pipeline of food retail fit-out projects across the UK. This role involves working on fast-paced, nationwide retail schemes.
- Commercial management of food retail fit-out projects from pre-contract through to final account
- Preparation and control of budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
- Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
- Liaising with clients, project managers, and site teams
- Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed commercial targets
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within food retail fit-out (essential)
- Experience working on fast-track retail projects
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for nationwide work
- Relevant Quantity Surveying or construction-related qualification (preferred)
