A global real estate services firm is seeking an Associate to enhance cross-border collaboration and client relationships within their retail teams across EMEA. This role involves providing comprehensive operational support to establish a robust retail strategy, promoting the firm's profile at key trade events, and liaising with teams to develop valuable data tools. Job description

This role will focus on strengthening cross-border collaboration, support MD in connecting the firm's global retail teams and building client relationships both regionally and globally. The associate will provide end to end operational support to the cross-border teams across EMEA.

• To support in developing and maintaining positive client-focused relationships in all aspects of tenant representation and landlord leasing work across EMEA.
• Able to work with landlords to advise on retail tenant mix strategy, based on knowledge from working with retailers and brands.
• Champions cross selling and shares business opportunities across geographies and service lines.
• Actively promotes C&W profile in market, through attendance and speaking at national and international trade shows and conferences.
• Liaise with BDS team to build data sets and tools to drive business.
• Contribute to the Retail Thought Leadership initiatives with PR and Marketing teams to leverage C&W's Retail position internationally.
• Provide overall support to MD and all in-country leaders within the EMEA retail team to build an "asset- focused" retail strategy.
