Job description

Retail Minibus Driver

free of charge. You must follow the correct processes when notifying your count team of the pick‑up points and timings for each shift. Escalating any issues with the vehicle in a timely and efficient manner. Completing a team attendance sheet, detailing the stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and the arrival time of the bus on site. Whilst on site you will be responsible for ensuring stock is counted quickly and accurately using a handheld scanner.

Being able to stand for prolonged periods of time is needed for the role and access equipment may have to be used on occasion to reach high stock.

Key Skills / Experience Required

• Work unsociable hours, early mornings, or night shifts.
• No one under the age of 21 will be hired.
• Full Driving License required.
• ‘Can do’ attitude and ability to work long shifts on large counts.
• Quick learner to adapt to evolving technology.
• Experience handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

Role

We are looking for a Retail Minibus Team Driver to add to our already successful team.

This role will require you to oversee the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within your region.

Employment will be carried out on different retail customer sites and stores, and travel will vary on a shift‑by‑shift basis. Certain locations will have minibus transport provided.

Salary & Hours

• Company minibus provided.
• Salary: Up to £30,576 per annum + bonus.
• Location: Wolverhampton (8‑10 hour stock count shifts + your driving time paid + bonus).
• 48 hours per week.
• Start: December 2025.
• 3‑month contract with potential to extend and become permanent.
• Access to wages from 3‑7 days after shift completion.
• Immediate start.
• Holiday pay.
