What you'll be doing :

- Owning the full recruitment cycle : job specs, interviews, feedback and seamless onboarding
- Managing the entire employee lifecycle from start to finish
- Keeping HRIS data accurate, insightful and reliable
- Coordinating benefits, inductions and essential HR administration
- Supporting HR projects and contributing to policy development
- Providing accurate payroll information
- Enhancing culture by organising company-wide social events
