A recruitment agency is looking for an Assistant HR Advisor to join Lincolnshire Police. This role requires supporting HR operations and case management within a fast-paced environment. An ideal candidate must have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience with solid HR advice skills and strong organisational capabilities. The position is office-based, but occasional travel across Lincolnshire may be necessary. The contract is for 6 months with a pay rate of £14.72 per hour.

Location: Nettleham HQ, Lincoln, LN2 2LT
Contract: 6 month contract with potential extension
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm
Pay Rate: £14.72 PAYE per hour
Start Date: ASAP (Subject to police vetting)
About the Role:
Lincolnshire Police is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Advisor to join their Human Resources team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support HR operations across the force, providing high-quality advice, case management, and administrative support to help deliver our People Strategy.
You will work closely with HR Advisors and the HR Business Partner, assisting with everything from case management, flexible working requests, and HR queries, to disciplinary and grievance processes. This role is fully office-based but will require occasional travel across the county.
