Salary : 35000 to 40000 depending on experience

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join our team at Gymbox HQ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced scale up environment with experience of supporting and advising colleagues across the business. As HR Advisor you will be a vital support in delivering across a broad range of HR activities and helping to drive positive outcomes for the business .

Responsibilities
  • Partnering with the recruitment team to support managers in attracting top talent and improve hiring processes .
  • Supporting the delivery of onboarding programmes and gathering feedback to enhance the experience.
  • Facilitating management training and developing practical toolkits to support people leaders.
  • Collaborating on HR projects and helping managers take ownership of people-related matters.
  • Staying up to date with UK employment legislation and helping update internal policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee relations cases and ensuring policies reflect both company culture and UK employment law.
What were looking for
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
  • Demonstrable understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
  • Confidence in delivering training and coaching others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
