What you'll be doing :

  • Leading and resolving ER cases with confidence - disciplinaries, grievances, absences, redundancies & more
  • Owning the full recruitment cycle : job specs, interviews, feedback and seamless onboarding
  • Managing the entire employee lifecycle from start to finish
  • Keeping HRIS data accurate, insightful and reliable
  • Coordinating benefits, inductions and essential HR administration
  • Supporting HR projects and contributing to policy development
  • Providing accurate payroll information
  • Enhancing culture by organising company-wide social events
