An exciting and dynamic role awaits as a QA Lead within a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Nottinghamshire area. As the QA Lead, you will represent the interests of the Quality Assurance Team and act as the site Quality Assurance lead. This role offers the opportunity to work with quality systems, ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice, and promote continuous improvement and consistency across the business.

1. Supervise Quality Assurance Officers, Document Controller, and Admin and Quality Support Officer, managing absence, sickness, and overtime.
2. Support the eQMS and/or LIMS system.
3. Participate in site projects as the QA expert and collaborate with operational and project teams to develop and introduce new products.
4. Ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and conduct internal and external audits as required.

To be successful in this role as the QA Lead, you should have:

1. A relevant degree in a scientific discipline.
2. Extensive industry experience in Quality Assurance, ideally within Pharmaceuticals, with experience in an eQMS and QPulse being desirable.
3. Proven managerial or supervisory experience with a strong track record of performance.
