Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality assurance and control procedures
• Leading and mentoring the quality team to ensure they are trained and empowered to uphold our quality standards
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Engaging with suppliers and customers to drive quality improvements and foster strong partnerships
• Analysing quality data and presenting insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions
• Championing a quality‑first mindset across all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Quality Manager within the food industry, ideally in a production environment
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, food safety regulations, and BRC standards
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions
• Hands‑on experience with quality audits and Continuous Improvement methodologies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a keen eye for detail
