Responsibilities

  • Leading and mentoring the quality team to ensure they are trained and empowered to uphold our quality standards
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Engaging with suppliers and customers to drive quality improvements and foster strong partnerships
  • Analysing quality data and presenting insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Quality Manager within the food industry, ideally in a production environment

  • Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data to drive decisions
  • Hands‑on experience with quality audits and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software
