THE ROLE

We are on the lookout for someone extraordinary to join us as Quality Manager, where you will be responsible for overseeing the quality, food-safety and technical assurance of our drinks and Supplements portfolio. You will ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, legality and brand premium positioning. You will drive continuous improvement, supplier quality assurance, new product introduction support and maintain certification compliance (e.g., GFSI, BRC, HACCP).

With at least 5 years’ experience, preferably from the drinks Industry. You must be passionate about Food Safety and Quality and be excited to be a part of a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and HACCP plans.
  • Ensure top-quality standards across suppliers, production, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Manage supplier quality – audits, approvals, KPIs, corrective actions, and risk reviews.
  • Support new product launches with technical expertise and quality oversight.
  • Be the ‘go to’ expert in complaint investigations, resolving quality issues and customer complaints, supporting suppliers in analysis and improvements.
  • Monitor key quality metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety laws, certifications (BRC, SQF, ISO 22000), and brand standards.
  • Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Marketing to align on quality goals.
  • Keep documentation, records, and certifications up to date.
ABOUT YOU
  • Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related discipline.
  • Substantial experience in a quality/technical role within the beverage or food & drink manufacturing sector
  • Experience of working with co-packers / contract manufacturers
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, prerequisite programmes, food safety standards and certification schemes (e.g., BRC, ISO 22000, GFSI).
  • Familiarity with shelf-life/stability testing in beverages, packaging interactions, carbonation, carbonation stability.
  • Proven experience of supplier quality management (audits, KPIs, corrective actions).

This position is open to UK citizens, permanent residents, or individuals who have the legal right to work in the UK on a valid visa.
