Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer I– Operations to join our Quality Assurance & Compliance (QAC) team at our Witney site. This role supports the delivery of new product introductions and day-to-day quality operations in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment.

You’ll work closely with Operations, Engineering, Technical Services, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure the manufacture and delivery of high-quality, compliant products — on time and cost-effectively.

This position follows a shift pattern (7am–7pm), working 4 days on and 4 days off, offering a unique work-life balance within a dynamic and innovative setting.

Responsibilities
  • Provide shopfloor quality support for production/validation activities
  • Investigate, document, and remediate quality issues; elevate as required
  • Deliver quality training and toolbox talks across the site
  • Monitor and support compliance with the Quality Management System
  • Conduct inspections and support corrective actions
  • Make quality decisions during manufacturing, testing, and packaging
  • Champion initiatives to improve quality systems and product quality
  • Promote a “right first time” approach to quality documentation
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline
  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceutical, or healthcare manufacturing)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
