Our client, a prominent player in the investment banking and financial services industry, is spearheading a substantial, multi-year transformation initiative aimed at addressing risk, enhancing cost efficiency, and streamlining reconciliation processes and platforms across Operations.

Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland (Hybrid)

Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team and contribute to this initiative.

• Minimum of 6 years' experience working for an Investment Bank, with at least 8 years of project management experience.
• Experience in leading projects including Front to back reconciliations including Cash & Nostro.
• Experience in Reconciliation is mandatory.

• The role involves leading governance forums, developing program/project plans, ensuring adherence to project management standard processes, and maintaining compliance with quality assurance policies.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for providing overall project communication to stakeholders, managing stakeholder expectations, and proactively identifying and resolving project issues through negotiation and escalation processes.
• Collaboration with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute deliverables is essential, along with clear communication with internal management and key stakeholders.
