A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Quality & Safety Trainer to deliver Fire Safety and other Quality & Safety training across community services. This position offers flexibility and part-time options, catering to experienced individuals aiming to re-enter the sector. Responsibilities include maintaining training standards and contributing to quality assurance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess relevant safety qualifications and strong communication skills, with access to various employee benefits aimed at promoting well-being and professional development.
Were seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who's looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.
