A community health service provider in England is looking for a Quality & Safety Trainer focusing on Fire Safety training. This part-time or flexible role involves delivering various training sessions across multiple hubs. Candidates should have relevant fire safety qualifications and experience in training delivery. The position offers a salary of £34,000 - £36,000 Pro Rata, alongside other benefits such as private medical insurance and access to training resources. We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed – BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Childrens Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s looking to step back into the sector in a part‑time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.
