A leading health service provider in the UK seeks a Quality & Safety Trainer to deliver essential training on Fire Safety and other quality interventions. The successful candidate will have relevant fire safety qualifications and teaching experience. We' re seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Children's Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s looking to step back into the sector in a part‑time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to travel to our Essex, Kent and Prison (Chelmsford & Norwich) hubs to deliver training.
Main Responsibilities:
Support on the internal quality assurance of all clinical and Quality and Safety learning interventions, ensuring working in line with the TLE Quality Assurance process.
Support the maintenance of the clinical and Quality and Safety training course catalogue ensuring all course information is up to date at all times.
Involvement in relevant clinical and Quality and Safety training projects and programmes of work
Support the education, development and support to SMEs delivering learning interventions in the organisation.
Identification and implementation of continuous improvements in learning provision.
Management of own workload, possessing excellent planning, prioritisation, organisational and time management skills and the ability to plan any travel effectively.
