This role is a hybrid role based in our London (preferred) or Dublin office.
Partner Management at Personio is more than building out our partner network, it is an integral part of our growth strategy! The Revenue & Success Partnerships team develops our partner network across Europe in reach and depth to generate business for Personio, complement our product offering with partner services and strengthen our brand through long-term relationships.
You will be responsible for building and developing a portfolio of Consulting, Implementation, Tech & Strategic Partners to accelerate Personio's growth in the UK&I. This is a quota-carrying position with direct responsibility for partner-driven pipeline and new business MRR.
You will work closely with the rest of the partnerships team, and also with the sales and marketing teams in the UK&I market.

At Personio, we value in-person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office-based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. In addition, you'll have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
