• Proven ability in a Technical Manager role, delivering design for projects on time, to budget, and quality standards.
• Be able to design and interpret the designs and technical demands of others.
• Able to work effectively in a team-leader role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical matters relating to a number of projects or a single complex one.
• Demonstrate a pro-active approach to design development.
• Ensure designs comply with all necessary legislation and standards.

Skills

Extensive experience working within a technical role at a residential house builder

Good level of IT literacy with experience of AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel & Word

Excellent organization and time management with ability to multitask

Strong mathematical ability

Good level of communication skills

Education

BTEC HND/HNC in Design, Construction or Civil Engineering
