I am working with a leading London based cost consultancy who are expanding their team due to a growing commercial portfolio. They are looking for a senior associate cost management professional ready to step up, lead projects, develop teams, and shape client relationships.


This role offers exposure to high-profile and technically challenging projects across commercial, healthcare, data centre, higher education, and residential sectors, with contract values ranging from £1M £165M. You will have the chance to broaden your expertise while taking ownership of complex projects and mentoring junior colleagues.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead pre and post contract delivery for multiple projects.

  • Manage cost planning, procurement, tendering, and contract administration.

  • Provide commercial and technical advice, including negotiation and final account settlements.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for business growth.

  • Mentor and support junior team members to aid their professional development.

  • Allocate and manage resources to meet financial targets and quality standards.

  • Conduct technical reviews to ensure consistency and excellence across projects.


What We're Looking For


  • BSc or MSc in cost management, quantity surveying, or a related construction discipline.

  • Extensive experience in a senior consultancy role delivering complex projects.

  • Proven ability to lead multiple projects and support a wider cost management team.

  • RICS qualification desirable.
