A leading consultancy company in the UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a data centre project in North Acton. You will manage the project end-to-end, ensuring it meets client expectations and is delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management within an engineering environment, knowledge of PM methodologies, and excellent organization skills. Competitive day rate offered.

Project Manager – Data Centre (6‑Month Contract)
Location: North Acton, London
Day Rate: £400‑£430 per day
Needing a Project Manager to lead a data centre project in North Acton. A fire/fire alarm background is ideal but not essential. You'll manage the project end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to client expectations.
- Lead engineering project delivery from initiation to completion
- Create and manage project plans, milestones and resources
- Oversee risks, issues and compliance
- Act as main client contact
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and report progress
- Proven Project Manager experience in an engineering/technical environment
- Strong PM methodology knowledge (Agile/Waterfall)
- Proficient with PM tools (MS Project/Asana/Trello)
- Excellent organisation and problem‑solving skills
- HSE awareness
- Preferred: Degree in Engineering/PM, PMP, experience in technical industries
