The Royal Parks, the charity responsible for managing London's most renowned green spaces including Hyde park, Regents park and Greenwich park, is delivering a new Security Coordination Project. With over 77 million visits each year, they are engaging in a large scale project to strengthen resilience across its world-renowned sites. This role offers a rare opportunity to help shape a modern, sustainable, and compliant security model.

The Project Support Officer will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of this multi-workstream transformation. It’s a chance to build strong relationships, develop your project toolkit, and see the impact of your efforts across one of the UK’s most unique public landscapes.

Role Highlights

– Support project coordination and administration across five workstreams

– Organise meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions end-to-end

– Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

– Liaise confidently with internal and external contacts

– Provide responsive administrative support to ensure delivery milestones are met

You Will Need

– Experience in project coordination, support, or administration

– Understanding of project management methodologies

– Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills

– Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and handling competing priorities
