A leading research organization in Whitehaven is looking for a Project Officer and Administrator to provide operational administrative support. The role involves arranging meetings, supporting events, and updating the website. Candidates should possess excellent communication and IT skills, with a focus on attention to detail. This role will provide operational administrative support to members of the Research Cluster and the Trustees of Westlakes Research Limited. It will involve arranging meetings, supporting events, updating the WRL website, collating information and providing reports as necessary. The position is based at our Westlakes campus and may involve some occasional travel to other University campuses.
You will have excellent communication skills which facilitate your liaison and working with colleagues who are based at various campuses. You will have strong IT skills and will ensure work is undertaken efficiently and effectively, meeting deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
A-levels or equivalent experiential learning are required for this role.
