A leading design firm in London is seeking a Project Information Coordinator. This full-time role involves managing project information and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in relevant industries and strong skills in SharePoint, BIM360 Docs, and MS Office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a dynamic environment.
Currently, we are looking for driven and experienced Project Information Coordinator to join our London office and to work closely with our project teams and internal specialist departments. Within this position, you will be working with talented teams that span across Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Design, Branding and more. Your role will be to ensure the accurate distribution, collection, record, dispatch, and storage of incoming and outgoing digital information via the various projects web based electronic document management system. If you consider yourself someone who is detail oriented and is able to build strong working relationships, this will be the perfect opportunity for you. There is a larger team of Digital Design specialists to support you, and you will be managed by our Project Information & Compliance Manager and a Senior Project Manager. While a minimum of three years of experience is required (within a similar industry), we are open to meeting candidates with slightly more experience.
