Job description

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects across CUH and the campus, supporting the Chief Nurse and Chief Medical Officers portfolios.
• Support and manage the delivery of projects at CUH under the direction of the Chief Nurse, ensuring they align with the Trust’s aims and strategy.
• Identify risks and issues as an expert facilitator, acting as a skilled negotiator and ‘unblocker’ to drive progress towards delivery.
• Respond to the changing needs of the health and care system, maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.
• Ensure the overall integrity and coherence of the programme of work you are allocated.
