An education provider in Camden Town is seeking an experienced Estates Project Manager to oversee estates change projects and manage capital works. The role involves ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and collaboration with various teams to enhance the college's estates. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in building management or capital projects and be able to work during academic holidays.
We are looking for an experienced Estates Project Manager to join our Estates Management Team. In this role, you will oversee a range of estates change projects, including planning and managing space moves, consulting on capital works, and leading the project management of estates capital works. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered within financial guidelines, securing and administering capital funding, and coordinating with finance colleagues to minimize impacts on cashflow.
You will also play a key role in supporting the development of a new campus, leading on FFE fit-outs, and collaborating with the Development team on stakeholder consultations. Your expertise will also be essential in ensuring compliance with statutory obligations, delivering minor improvements projects, and working closely with colleagues to enhance resilience and align services with the expectations of both staff and students. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional to make a real impact across the College's estates portfolio.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge and experience in building management or capital works projects; an understanding of public sector financial guidelines; experience managing budgets and ability to build relationships with internal and external partners. The successful applicant would need to be able to work during academic holidays to deliver projects outside of the academic term time.
