Job summary
A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced ServiceNow VR Project Manager to oversee a major Vulnerability Response implementation. This role requires managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders, while ensuring quality and timelines are met. The position is remote, based in the UK, Ireland, or USA, with potential travel to the USA East Coast. Candidates should have prior experience in managing large-scale ServiceNow projects and excellent stakeholder management skills.

We are supporting a key client who are undertaking a major ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) initiative.
They are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead project planning, coordination, and delivery of this large-scale implementation. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and ensure timelines, quality, and scope are met. The role will require close collaboration with US stakeholders and may involve occasional travel to the US.
Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Strong understanding of the Vulnerability Response (VR) module and related areas such as IRM, GRC, or Security Operations (SecOps).
Experience managing remote, multi-regional delivery teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with executive-level audiences.
ServiceNow project delivery experience within a Premier or Elite Partner environment preferred.
Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) desirable.
