The Role

As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams and complex workflows, ensuring smooth execution across AI, engineering, and creative departments. Your ability to manage timelines, resources, and communication channels will be essential in turning innovation into world-class tools for creators.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Define scopes, build timelines, allocate resources, and ensure deliverables are met
• Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between software engineers, AI researchers, product teams, and stakeholders
• Agile Practices: Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Risk Management: Identify bottlenecks early and resolve blockers efficiently
• Reporting & Documentation: Deliver clear updates to leadership and maintain thorough project records

Ideal Candidate Profile

Required:

• Solid experience managing technical or R&D projects, ideally within AI, media tech, or software/SaaS
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project delivery methodologies
• Skilled in tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar
• Excellent communication, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive mindset and a knack for problem-solving
