- We’re looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician with experience in re-lamination or reglassing to help refurbish and restore smartphones to factory quality.
- You’ll be part of a high-volume, production-line environment, working alongside other skilled technicians to deliver outstanding results and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform repair and refurbishment work such as re-lamination, screen bonding, glass replacement, or reglassing.
- Work effectively in a production-line setting to meet quality and output targets.
- Train and mentor junior or entry-level technicians.
- Lead small teams and perform quality checks on completed repairs.
- Communicate clearly with management (written and spoken English required).
- Sug gest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
- Experience in mobile phone repair or electronics refurbishment.
- Confidence working in one or more key stages of a 10-step production process.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Ability to train, guide, and motivate others.
- A humble, team-focused attitude — no egos, just collaboration and growth.
- £30,000 – £55,000 per year, depending on experience and ability to train others.
