Salary: £30,000 – £55,000 per year (≈ US $38,000 – $70,000)

Hours: 37.5-hour week

The Role

• We’re looking for a Mobile Phone Repair Technician with experience in re-lamination or reglassing to help refurbish and restore smartphones to factory quality.
• You’ll be part of a high-volume, production-line environment, working alongside other skilled technicians to deliver outstanding results and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair and refurbishment work such as re-lamination, screen bonding, glass replacement, or reglassing.
• Work effectively in a production-line setting to meet quality and output targets.
• Train and mentor junior or entry-level technicians.
• Lead small teams and perform quality checks on completed repairs.
• Communicate clearly with management (written and spoken English required).
• Sug gest and implement improvements to increase efficiency and throughput.
